EHS Manager for Quebec Operations
Shirley Parsons
Lead Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives across Quebec with your strategic expertise. This role oversees safety programs, compliance monitoring, and incident management to drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the Senior Director, Environmental Health & Safety, you will steer EHS leadership in Quebec operations. Collaboration is key, as you'll engage with management to implement robust safety programs and foster a culture of prevention. With a focus on operational excellence, your leadership will influence stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance health and safety programs across Quebec
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and standards
- Partner with leaders to strengthen the safety culture
- Monitor safety metrics and recommend continuous improvements
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or relevant field
- Professional designation like CRSP or equivalent
- 10–15 years of EHS experience in relevant sectors
- Strong knowledge of compliance and investigation practices
- Fully bilingual in English and French with excellent leadership skills
