Senior Manager for Facilities and Operations

Join the Canadian Cancer Society in Montreal as a Senior Manager, Facilities and Operations to make a significant impact in cancer care. Oversee essential facility management and operational strategies across three lodge locations. In this in-person role, you will manage the facilities team and coordinate vital building maintenance operations for properties in Montreal, Halifax, and St John’s. Your leadership will ensure the safe and efficient operation of lodge-office buildings, directly contributing to our mission of improving lives affected by cancer. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance operations at three facilities
- Act as main contact for building maintenance coordination
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers
- Develop multi-year capital investment plans
- Facilitate safety training and emergency preparedness drills
- Certified Facilities Management (CFM) diploma or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required
- 5-10 years in facility management and infrastructure
- Experience with building compliance and safety regulations
- Leadership experience across diverse teams
