Facilities Project Manager - Purolator

Lead capital and facility projects with Purolator as a Project Manager based in Montreal or other locations in Quebec. You will coordinate improvements and handle significant budgets while traveling 25-50%. This Project Manager role encompasses planning, prioritizing, and coordinating repairs and capital projects across various facilities. With over 5 years of experience in Facility Management or construction project management, you will manage resources, prepare business cases, and provide guidance to diverse project teams. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English and French are necessary for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize facility improvement projects in assigned areas
- Manage and coordinate project schedules across Purolator locations
- Submit and evaluate facility management recommendations
- Assemble resource teams to meet project objectives
- Manage budgets for buildings and various projects
- Over 5 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- PMP designation or in progress
- Ontario Building Code certification or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and planning
