VOTRE ROLE: Coordonner les activités d'import maritime pour permettre un service à la clientèle rapide, efficace et aux meilleurs coûts pour la société et les clients. Tenir les clients informés du statut de leurs envois.

QUE FEREZ- VOUS?
  • Connaître et respecter les procédures de l'import maritime.
  • Recevoir les bons de commande des clients et les faire parvenir à l'agent d'origine pour la coordination des expéditions avec les fournisseurs.
  • Faire le suivi avec les agents pour s'assurer que les envois sont expédiés à la date prévue.
  • Recevoir les connaissements des agents outremer.
  • Ouvrir un dossier de transport et effectuer l'entrée de données dans le système opérationnel selon les normes ISO de la société.
  • Mise à jour des évènements dans le système Pégase.
  • Informer les clients par mémo des détails de leurs envois et de la date d'arrivée.
  • Tenir à jour les filières d'envois avec les documents reçus des agents.
  • Facturer les clients en s'assurant de bien vérifier que toutes les charges pour les services donnés sont incluses et que les coûts sont selon les ententes (si nécessaire vérifier le crédit avec le service de la comptabilité).
  • Choisir un fournisseur approuvé selon liste ISO pour livraison des envois.
  • Autres tâches définies par le superviseur immédiat.

QU'EST-CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS?

  • Capacité à fournir un service client exceptionnel aux clients.
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et proactif.
  • Capacité à gérer son propre temps et sa charge de travail afin de répondre aux attentes internes et externes.
  • Doit maîtriser tous les domaines de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale)
  • Doit être bilingue - Anglais et Français
  • Bonne compétences interpersonnelles et de travail d'équipe requises.

YOUR ROLE: To coordinate the activities of the ocean import department to ensure a courteous and efficient customer experience while maintaining a competitive cost structure for both Bolloré Logistics and our clients. Keep clients updated with the status of their shipment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Understand and comply with the procedures related to ocean import.
  • Receive client orders and send them to the originating agent in order to coordinate shipments with suppliers
  • Follow up with agents to ensure that the shipments are shipped on the planned date.
  • Receive the bill of lading from overseas agents.
  • Open files for shipment and enter data in the operational system according to the ISO standards of the company.
  • Update events in the Pegasus system.
  • Inform clients, via e-mail, of the details of their shipments and the date of arrival.
  • Keep up to date shipment files with documents received by agents
  • Invoice clients and ensure that all charges for services rendered are included and that rates are billed according to the agreement (if necessary, verify credit with the accounting department)
  • Select an approved supplier for shipping amongst the ISO list of approved suppliers.
  • Other duties as defined by the immediate supervisor

  • Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations
  • Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be bilingual - English and French
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
