System Administrator (Onsite in Montreal)

We are currently looking for a driven and dynamic System Administrator on a full-time basis to join our growing team in Montréal .

System Administrator will take ownership of IT Infrastructure, Software, Data and Asset Management. This is an onsite position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assume IT Center of Excellence role with internal IT Customer Base
• Implement, support, and maintain 8-5-NBD infrastructure support services and as first point of contact
• Assume administrative ownership of MacOS, IOS, Windows, Linux, Meraki and AWS
• Maintain accurate inventory of enterprise infrastructure assets, hardware and software lifecycle and infrastructure adherence to internal policies standards
• Partner with internal stakeholders and/or external vendors to support efficient and cost-effective infrastructure services
• Develop supporting documentation, internal standards and procedures and project plans to support various initiatives

What you bring:

• Team player with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, e.g. Engineering
• Must-have industry networking certifications: CCNA (or equivalent) or higher
• Cloud infrastructure certifications (practitioner level) highly desirable: Azure, AWS, GCP
• Must have hands on experience administering Linux, Unix, MacOS (highly desired). CLI proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process
• Must have hands on experience administering and troubleshooting understanding of TCP/IP, Cryptography, SMTP, DNS.
• Skilled at technical documentation and results-driven on project implementation
