As a Senior Recruiter supporting our client’s Montreal operations, you will deliver full-cycle recruiting for both salaried and hourly, non-exempt positions in a unionized manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is an onsite role at the Montreal site, partnering with senior leaders and front-line employees to meet ongoing hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual recruiting support (French & English) for the client’s Montreal manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions, ensuring coverage for both urgent and ongoing talent needs.
• Partner with senior leaders and front-line stakeholders, including unionized workforce representatives.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates in both French and English.
• Review and create job postings and offers, ensuring bilingual language compliance  for  Quebec.
• Support fast-paced hiring requirements and short-term coverage as needed.
• Collaborate closely with hiring teams, providing onsite expertise and guidance.

Essential Skills :

• Minimum of 2–3 years of recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience within the Canadian market.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and front-line operational employees.
• Experience with bilingual job postings and support (French/English).
• Fully bilingual in French and English; strong English communication is essential.
• Must be available to work 100% onsite in Montreal.
• Comfort supporting urgent and short-term coverage needs.

This is an onsite role located in Montreal requiring candidates to be in-office 5 days/week.
