Deliverables 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic Marketing, digital experience, data, AI-enabled search, and content operations initiatives , establishing project scope, roadmaps, governance, integrated plans, budgets, milestones, RAID logs, decision frameworks, and performance measures from initiation through operational transition.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams involving Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics, IT, Architecture, Security, Risk, Legal, Procurement, Change Management, and external vendors , managing dependencies, RFP/procurement activities, delivery risks, changing priorities, and executive decision-making.
• Establish sustainable governance frameworks, operating models, controls, and ways of working that extend beyond individual projects, while managing change control, benefits realization, KPIs, adoption metrics, training/enablement, and transition into ongoing business operations.
• Drive delivery across initiatives involving CMS/DAM/personalization, Marketing work management, third-party prospect data, AI-enabled search analytics, content automation, and digital modernization , using Agile/Hybrid approaches to deliver early value while maintaining strong governance, financial discipline, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise standards.

Experience Required 

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience within banking , with a proven track record leading high-visibility, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives involving multiple business and technology workstreams, senior executives, external vendors, and complex organizational dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience establishing project governance, operating models, policies, controls, and new ways of working , including integrated planning, scope/schedule/budget management, RAID management, change control, executive reporting, benefits realization, KPI development, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Strong experience delivering Marketing, digital, data, technology, or customer experience transformation initiatives , ideally involving areas such as CMS, DAM, personalization, Marketing operations/work management, third-party data integration, digital channels, content operations, AI-enabled capabilities, or analytics.
• Proven ability to lead RFP/procurement and vendor activities , Agile/Hybrid delivery, organizational change management, stakeholder adoption, training and enablement, while coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Data, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other enterprise functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Management, or a related discipline, combined with exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, political acumen, and bilingual French/English capabilities; Master's degree and Project Management certifications are considered assets.
