In this role, you will be a key member of the systems engineering team at 49North, specializing in Electronic Warfare capabilities. Youll support design and integration processes from initial requirements through to final acceptance trials. The position requires robust interpersonal skills to work closely with customers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and document system operational concepts

- Perform modeling and simulation of system performance
- Conduct program reviews for design and technical issues
Requirements
- Experience in large Electronic Systems Development
- Solid interpersonal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills within team settings
- Familiarity with maritime and naval domain is beneficial
- Ability to manage classified information professionally
