Lead the Firearms Safety Education Service of Ontario (FSESO) as Executive Director in Orillia. Drive operations, partnerships, and strategic growth in a dedicated, impactful role. FSESO is seeking a passionate Executive Director to oversee daily operations of its firearms safety training initiatives. The role demands a dynamic leader who can foster relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring financial sustainability. You'll bring prior management experience in HR, Finance, Program Planning, Community Relations, Advocacy, and Fundraising to the position. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Serve as the primary representative for FSESO
- Build and maintain partnerships with government and stakeholders
- Oversee Human Resources and financial management
- Ensure compliance with RCMP standards and mandates
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong skills in community relations and advocacy
- Ability to work on-site in Orillia full-time
- Previous experience in fundraising and program planning
- Passion for firearms safety and education
