- Lead and motivate the DriveTest Centre team
- Coordinate employee activities and manage workflow
- Act as a point of contact for operational issues
- Train staff on new systems and procedures
- Regularly evaluate and improve team performance
- 4-6 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of customer service principles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with road tests and licensing is an asset
