Subaru of Orillia is looking for a quality individual to join our team. We are on track for a record year at Subaru of Orillia and we are preparing for major growth.
Currently, Subaru of Orillia is hiring for the role of Sales Manager.
If hired in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high volume of internet leads and directing floor traffic, as well as assisting with the management of Used Car Buying and Merchandising, all while assisting the General Sales Manager and General Manager with administrative duties, and learning duties and responsibilities to get to the next level.
Must be motivated to succeed and take yourself the the next level.
Experience:
2 - 3 years in a high-achieving sales position
1 year of supervisor or junior management role
Team Building, Multi-Tasking, Detail Oriented
OMVIC license a must
PBS knowledge is an asset
Compensation:
This is a Salary Plus Performance Bonus position.
Remuneration is based on experience and will range from $75,000 to $95,000 annually (estimated value based on performance achievements)
