Caseworker - 12-Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Process reimbursement requests and coordinate benefits documentation to advance cases
• Resolve routine coverage issues and documentation gaps affecting patient access
• Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
• Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and support case resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare case coordination experience
• Certification in reimbursement, patient access, or customer support preferred
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple case records
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-resolution skills
