Contract Specialist - 12-Month Contract

Cencora seeks a Contract Specialist for a 12-month contract role supporting patient and provider services in Canada. The position involves managing contract data, billing records, and pricing information while coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain contract, pricing, customer, and billing data in designated systems
- Review contract terms, pricing conditions, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Research and resolve contract and billing discrepancies by analyzing transaction history and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across contracts, finance, sales, and operations to align on requirements
- Prepare reports on discrepancy trends, billing exceptions, and contract status for operational oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or legal studies
- 2+ years of contract administration, billing, pricing, or commercial operations experience
- Ability to review and maintain contract terms, pricing conditions, and billing documentation
- Strong research and problem-solving skills for identifying root causes of discrepancies
- Contract management or billing operations certification preferred
