Patient Care and Nursing Operations Lead

Oversee nursing operations and patient care as a Nurse Lead. Drive high-quality healthcare delivery, guide staff, and participate in strategic initiatives within a collaborative environment. In this clinical leadership role, you will leverage 5+ years of healthcare experience to manage staffing and operational needs effectively. Lead the nursing team in adhering to policies and regulatory standards, while also engaging in budget planning and process improvements that elevate quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff performance
- Collaborate with various teams on staffing and scheduling
- Evaluate and address patient healthcare needs
- Lead training sessions for nursing staff onboarding
- Assist in continuous improvement projects and budgeting
- RN in good standing with active license
- At least 5 years clinical experience required
- 2 years supervisory or leadership experience necessary
- Valid G-class driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
