Sales-Focused Customer Account Representative
WOLSELEY
Join our team as a Customer Account Representative focused on Strategic Accounts, where you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service for approximately 100-150 accounts. This role serves as a vital link between our product offerings and customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance. You will be responsible for initiating contact, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Understanding customer challenges and resolving issues effectively will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with customers to identify needs
- Develop and nurture relationships for sales growth
- Deliver solutions that meet client objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams for service efficiency
- Accurately track customer interactions in CRM system
- Sales or customer service experience mandatory
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of AS400 systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with Wholesale Distribution preferred
