Restaurant Manager with Budget Oversight

Lead a dynamic restaurant team as a Restaurant Manager, focusing on profitability and operational excellence. This onsite role requires strong analytical skills to maintain financial success and ensure service quality. We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to oversee daily operations and manage a team of over 20 staff. This role requires developing budgets, monitoring revenues, and maintaining inventory while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. It’s essential to deliver exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze budgets to enhance restaurant profits
- Monitor staff performance and set work schedules
- Recruit and train new staff effectively
- Ensure compliance with liquor regulations
- Plan and evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Client-focused with efficient interpersonal skills
