Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, food service, and team leadership, and love working nights and weekends!
Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including kitchen and front-of-house operations- Ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service are consistently delivered- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members- Monitor labor costs- Handle cash transactions and complete closing End Of Night Reconciliations of POS.- Implement and maintain health and safety standards- Maintain and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
Requirements - Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety regulations- Excellent customer service skills- Proficient in cash handling- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
