Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and optimize profits through efficient operations.
Duties:- Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance with food safety regulations- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, food preparation, and presentation- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment- Implement strategies to meet revenue targets and control operational costs
Skills:- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in restaurant management- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Understanding of hospitality principles to deliver exceptional customer service
