Shape the future of sustainability with Quantum Lifecycle Partners as an Associate Director of Supply Chain. This hybrid role focuses on logistics, procurement, and customer engagement across Canada, Costa Rica, and the US. In this newly created position, you'll oversee the end-to-end supply chain and collection network, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing logistics solutions and managing vendor relations while enforcing industry standards in regulated material transport. Work directly with clients to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee logistics and collection strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance in transportation of regulated materials
- Establish and standardize operational processes company-wide
- Collaborate with customers to improve service experiences
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
- Ability to lead and improve ERP systems and data management
- Skills in customer interactions and solution design
- Experience with regulated supply processes is a plus
- Willingness to travel for operations oversight
