- Identify and address technical debt for long-term health
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Rogers internal systems and digital channels
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Background in product and backlog management
- Knowledge of Rest, SOAP, and microservices
