- Increase net dollar retention through upselling and relationship management
- Lead contract renewals to boost Annual Recurring Revenue
- Identify and close new opportunities in assigned accounts
- Create proposals and client documents to drive sales
- Build trusted relationships with key client contacts
- Post-secondary degree in business or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in client relationship management
- Proficient in time management and organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, sales-driven attitude with team spirit
