Summary

Deloitte is seeking Change Strategy & Culture Consultant to join our team on 1 year fixed term engagement. In this role, you will support enterprise scale change initiatives by enabling effective change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies that drive adoption and sustainable transformation outcomes.

Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance is required for this role
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role. 

What will your typical day look like?

• Support enterprise change management initiatives, contributing to structured change planning and execution
• Develop and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement activities aligned with transformation objectives
• Assess change impacts, readiness, and adoption risks across stakeholder groups
• Support leadership and delivery teams with insights related to change, culture, and organizational impact
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
• Contribute to change governance, progress tracking, and reporting activities
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between business, delivery, and change efforts

You are someone with the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise change management initiatives
• Strong capability in communications and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to apply analytical thinking and synthesize data into succinct, actionable recommendations
• Experience working in complex, multi stakeholder environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary delivery teams

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

• Experience supporting transformation initiatives in public sector or regulated environment
• Familiarity with structured change management methodologies
• Experience supporting large, multi workstream programs
• Prior experience working in security cleared environments

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
