Summary

Deloitte is seeking HR Transformation Functional Consultant - Operate to join our team on 1 year fixed term engagement. In this role, you will support enterprise HR and payroll business transformation initiatives across core HR, payroll, benefits, time, and absence, contributing to end to end delivery across complex operating environments.

Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance is required for this role.
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role.

What will your typical day look like?

• Support business transformation initiatives across Core HR, Benefits, Time, and Absence domains 
• Contribute to the design, optimization, and delivery of end to end HR business processes 
• Work across workforce management areas including Time & Absence, Compensation, Payroll, and Finance touchpoints 
• Support requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation activities 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams spanning HR, payroll, finance, talent, and technology 
• Assist with data related activities such as validation, reconciliation, and conversion support 
• Contribute to structured delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement activities

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Core HR platforms and HR functions including Benefits, Workforce Management (Time & Absence),
• Compensation, Payroll, and Finance integrations 
• Strong experience with end to end HR business processes within large, complex organizations 
• Understanding of talent related processes including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Talent Management (performance management, career development, succession, and engagement) 
• Experience supporting business transformation initiatives within HR or workforce domains 
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups 
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

• Experience working with large enterprise HCM platforms
• Exposure to HR transformation programs in regulated or complex environments
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end process design or operating model initiatives
  Consulting or large‑scale delivery experience

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
