Leadership Role: Director of Corporate Affairs

Take on a leadership role as the Director of Corporate Affairs with NDT Global in Quebec City. Drive strategic alignment and governance within a leading provider of diagnostic solutions, contributing to a safer energy infrastructure. In this vital role, reporting to the Vice President of Legal Affairs, you will oversee corporate secretarial duties while participating in acquisition strategies and financing initiatives. Your efforts will ensure compliance with governance best practices while liaising with external counsel on significant legal matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing corporate procedures and maintaining export controls. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition and partnership strategies
- Manage corporate governance and secretarial functions
- Develop and implement corporate policies
- Ensure compliance with export control legislation
- Oversee commercial insurance portfolio
- Member of the Quebec Bar
- Bilingual in French and English
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational capabilities
