Hybrid Digital FP&A Director Role

With 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership, you will oversee budgeting and forecasting while also analyzing performance metrics. This position allows you to lead strategic recommendations impacting C-suite decisions and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Execute revenue forecasting and performance analysis frameworks
- Provide insightful recommendations to C-suite executives
- Architect scenario planning and evaluate market risks
- Coach and develop a skilled FP&A team
- 8+ years in finance with leadership experience
- Proven strategic financial leadership capabilities
- Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, especially Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
