Bilingual Health and Safety Assessor

Elevate workplace safety as a Bilingual Health and Safety Assessor in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. Utilize your expertise in compliance and innovative technology to ensure contractor safety and adherence. In this permanent role, you'll combine hands-on contractor accreditation with technology-driven compliance solutions. Working closely with product and operations teams, you will support over 50,000 organizations in maintaining high safety standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to evolving compliance technology and enhancing workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate contractor applications and safety documentation
- Guide contractors through the accreditation process
- Collaborate on compliance technology improvements
- Conduct quality assurance of assessment results
- Produce management reports on compliance trends
- 3+ years in Occupational Health and Safety
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety
