Health Education Manager, Gastroenterology

AbbVie seeks a Health Education Manager for its Gastroenterology portfolio to develop and oversee strategic health education initiatives for healthcare professionals. The role involves needs assessment, program design, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement within the Canadian healthcare environment. Based remotely, reporting to the Senior Manager of Health Education.
Responsibilities
- Conduct national HCP needs assessments and identify educational gaps in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement strategic health education plans with measurable KPIs aligned to brand objectives
- Oversee health education program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for cost-effective execution
- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to enhance HCP interactions across multiple channels
- Assess program effectiveness through data collection and analysis to inform evidence-based adaptations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare discipline
- Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Effective presentation and written communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- Advanced English fluency required; knowledge of Canadian healthcare environment preferred
- CHE certification obtained or to be obtained within one year
