Vice President Associate Wealth Planning Position London

Lead a successful team at Wellington-Altus as Associate Vice-President, Advanced Wealth Planning in Canada. Focus on developing comprehensive wealth plans and enhancing the client experience. Reporting to the Vice-President, this role requires a knowledgeable and experienced individual to manage a team of wealth planners.
You will drive client processes, streamline planning deliverables, and cultivate stakeholder relationships within the financial advisory landscape. Your contributions will support organizational missions and influence client strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings with clients to define goals
- Oversee comprehensive planning involving multiple dimensions
- Ensure high-quality client interactions and outcomes
- Develop solid relationships with other advisors
- Mentor and manage the planning team effectively
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct wealth-planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Qualified designations like CFP or CLU valued
- Committed to ongoing qualified development
