Vice President of Regional Operations Automotive

Join AutoCanada in a critical leadership role as Vice President for Regional Operations in South Western Ontario. This hybrid position requires strategic vision to drive dealership success through innovative management. In this role, you will oversee the operational effectiveness and performance of dealerships across South Western Ontario. With 50-75% travel, you will work closely with General Managers to implement corporate strategies while focusing on financial performance and operational excellence. Your leadership will foster strong partnerships with OEMs and align teams towards achieving strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational initiatives for multiple dealerships
- Drive sales performance and streamline cost management
- Create and execute targeted growth strategies
- Cultivate and maintain OEM partnerships to meet performance targets
- Address underperformance with targeted resource deployment
- A minimum of 15 years in leadership within automotive retail
- Operational expertise in dealership management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Track record of strategic planning and execution
- Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions
