Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure planning across Central or Western Ontario
- Develop strategies for sustainable resource optimization
- Conduct needs assessments to inform program priorities
- Oversee development of multi-year construction programs
- Monitor performance and foster an inclusive team setting
Requirements
- Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario (PEO)
- Proven ability to lead and prioritize capital programs
- Expertise in civil engineering principles and practices
- Strong judgment for advising senior management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
