As an Executive Advisor, you will support the CEO in leading organizational priorities and regulatory efforts. Your role will encompass managing critical information flows and ensuring the CEO is equipped for effective decision-making in a multifaceted landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the CEO on complex organizational issues
- Prepare decision materials and issue management reports
- Facilitate CEO participation in governance committees
- Support cross-divisional collaboration for strategic planning
- Ensure timely communication on sensitive issues
- Degree in public administration, law, or similar field
- 8-10 years experience in a senior advisory role
- Understanding of governance in complex organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and judiciousness
