- Develop and implement HSE programs across all projects
- Manage HSE Supervisors and foster professional development
- Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations
- Lead incident investigations and develop safety plans
- Oversee compliance audits and inspection programs
- 8-10 years of experience in HSE within construction
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field
- In-depth knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
- Proven track record in managing HSE initiatives
- Must hold CPR/First Aid certification and valid driver's license
