- Foster relationships with clients to support their business goals
- 4-7 years as a Corporate Lawyer
- Proficient in Canadian corporate law
- Strong skills in legal documentation and client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bar membership in Ontario is preferred
