Join North State Law in Toronto as a Litigation Attorney, focusing on defending skilled licenses and managing administrative law cases. As an Associate Litigation Attorney, your duties will include defending clients and addressing various legal issues that arise. While prior experience is desirable, it is not mandatory. You will play a crucial role in managing casework for our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible representation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare thoroughly for legal hearings and proceedings
- Defend clients in administrative law cases

- Maintain detailed records of casework and correspondence
- Some experience in litigation preferred but not required
- Strong research and analytical skills
