Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our practice. The successful candidate will support senior counsel while independently carrying files from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Managing files from early stages through resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motion materials, affidavits, and legal correspondence
- Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
- Assisting with discoveries, mediations, and litigation strategy
- Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers
- Reviewing insurance policies and medical evidence
- Appearing in court and at tribunals, where appropriate
Pay: $57,784.41-$174,984.21 per year
Work Location: In person
