RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE
Nous recherchons un.e Spécialiste en gestion des incidents pour un de nos clients de la région de Montréal.
Dans un environnement IT en constante évolution, le rôle de Spécialiste en gestion des incidents est responsable du maintien de la qualité de service et de la disponibilité des systèmes. Ce poste est responsable de la gestion globale du cycle de vie des incidents, de leur détection à leur résolution, en passant par le suivi, la communication et l’amélioration continue des processus.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Assurer la gestion end-to-end du processus de gestion des incidents, tous niveaux de criticité confondus.
- Suivre et orchestrer le traitement des incidents en collaboration avec les équipes de support (N1, N2, N3), sans gestion directe de ces ressources.
- Veiller au respect des SLA, des priorités et des processus établis.
- Faciliter la communication et la coordination entre les différentes équipes impliquées.
- Maintenir et améliorer les processus, outils et pratiques de gestion des incidents (ITIL).
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et analyser les tendances.
- Produire des rapports et formuler des recommandations d’amélioration.
- Assurer une communication claire et adaptée aux parties prenantes tout au long du cycle de vie des incidents.
- Identifier les incidents récurrents et collaborer avec les équipes pour adresser les causes profondes.
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques et accompagner les équipes dans leur adoption.
EXIGENCES
- Baccalauréat en informatique, technologies de l’information ou domaine connexe.
- 5 ans d’expérience en gestion des incidents, opérations IT ou support technique.
- Compréhension solide des environnements IT (infrastructure, réseau, applications).
- Expérience avec des outils ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
- Excellentes compétences en coordination sans lien hiérarchique.
- Forte capacité d’influence, de facilitation et de communication.
- Organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités.
- Esprit analytique orienté amélioration continue.
- Connaissance d’ITIL (certification un atout).
- Le bilinguisme est requis , car ce poste implique des communications quotidiennes à l’extérieur du Québec.
- Hybride – 3 jours au bureau

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced Incident Management Specialist for one of our clients in Montreal.
In a fast-paced IT environment, the Incident Management Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining service quality and system availability. This position is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of incidents—from detection to resolution—while ensuring process consistency, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end incident management process across all severity levels.
- Track and orchestrate incident resolution in collaboration with support teams (Level 1, 2, 3), without direct management responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, priorities, and established processes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across involved teams.
- Maintain and improve incident management processes, tools, and best practices (ITIL).
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze trends.
- Produce reports and recommend improvements.
- Ensure clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Identify recurring incidents and work with teams to address root causes.
- Promote best practices and support team adoption.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years experience in incident management, IT operations, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of IT environments (infrastructure, network, applications).
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
- Strong ability to coordinate without direct authority (influence-based leadership).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus).
- Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
- Hybrid – 3 days in the office
