Une entreprise nationale bien établie dans le secteur du retail est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de Projets - Déploiement pour joindre son équipe située à Mont-Royal.
Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de coordonner différents projets liés aux opérations et aux déploiements en magasins, incluant des améliorations multi-sites, l’installation d’équipements, les fixtures, les fournisseurs externes et le support aux ouvertures de nouveaux magasins.
Tu travailleras en collaboration avec les équipes opérations, maintenance, magasins, fournisseurs et partenaires internes afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des projets, le respect des délais, des budgets et des standards opérationnels.

- Horaire du lundi au vendredi
- Salaire de 80K$ à 95K$
- Poste hybride télétravail, 2 jours au bureau, 3 jours à la maison

Tes responsabilités :
- Coordonner des projets de déploiement liés aux équipements, fixtures, améliorations magasins et ouvertures de nouveaux sites
- Gérer les différentes étapes des projets : planification, exécution, suivi, résolution d’enjeux et clôture
- Assurer le lien entre les opérations magasins, la maintenance, les équipes corporatives et les fournisseurs
- Suivre les budgets, échéanciers, bons de commande, livraisons, BOLs et factures liés aux projets
- Contribuer à l’amélioration et à la documentation des processus opérationnels
Profil recherché :
- 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, opérations, retail, facilities, maintenance ou environnement multi-sites
- Expérience en coordination de fournisseurs, suivi de budgets, commandes, livraisons ou projets terrain
- Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office; Visio, MS Project ou outils de gestion de projets sont des atouts
- Profil organisé, rigoureux, autonome, orienté solutions et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités
- Bilinguisme français/anglais afin de collaborer avec des équipes et partenaires au Canada

A well-established national company in the retail sector is currently looking for a Project Manager – Store Deployment to join its team located in Mont-Royal.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects related to store operations and deployments, including multi-site improvements, equipment installations, fixtures, external vendors, and support for new store openings.
You will work closely with operations, maintenance, store teams, vendors, and internal partners to ensure projects run smoothly while meeting timelines, budgets, and operational standards.

Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate deployment projects related to equipment, fixtures, store improvements, and new store openings
- Manage the different project stages: planning, execution, follow-up, issue resolution, and closure
- Act as the link between store operations, maintenance, corporate teams, and vendors
- Track budgets, timelines, purchase orders, deliveries, BOLs, and invoices related to projects
- Contribute to the improvement and documentation of operational processes
Profile required:
- 5 years of experience in project management, operations, retail, facilities, maintenance, or a multi-site environment
- Experience coordinating vendors, tracking budgets, orders, deliveries, or field-based projects
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office; Visio, MS Project, or project management tools are assets
- Organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual in French and English in order to collaborate with teams and partners across Canada
