We want to hear from you.As a Project Coordinator working in the Building team at Pomerleau, you will collaborate with the project team to coordinate all activities related to the project. Working on large-scale projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will have the opportunity to solve various technical problems and communicate with various stakeholders.What You Will DoAssist the project team with coordination and project support.Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents.Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market.Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings.Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project.Effectively apply the requirements of the project specific safety standards to promote Pomerleau’s HS&E standards, applicable OH&S acts, regulations and codes with all employees and trade partners on the project.This Role Could Be For You If You HaveBachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering.Demonstrate initiative and leadership skills.Geographical mobility.BenefitsRRSP with up to 5% employer matchingHybrid work model for corporate rolesEmployee stock ownership programCareer growth through real development opportunitiesTransit pass reimbursement — get to work for freeMinimum 4 weeks of vacation from day oneFor the past four years, we've proudly held the distinction of being one of Canada's Top 100 Employers.Pomerleau is a national leader in construction, delivering major projects across Canada.
