Protrans Personnel Services is hiring for a Bilingual Check in Coordinator position for a leading Transportation Company in Montreal (Quebec)
Must be bilingual (French & English). Must have your own vehicle for travel. What's In it for you?Monday to Friday
Timings: 17pm-1:30am
Location: Dorval (Near Montreal Airport) Pay Rate: $21.53/hr (Being weekly on Friday) Qualifications:
- Education Required: Minimum High School diploma.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
- The ability to work effectively and efficiently with both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of telephone systems.
- Post-secondary education and call center experience in a fast-paced environment, along with knowledge of the transportation industry are definite assets.
- Process and verify driver’s Pickup and delivery manifests along with necessary paperwork
- Basic scanning of bills to Billing department
- Coding of bols to different destinations.
- Working station is at the check-in counter window in dispatch area
