Project Manager — Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Implement improvements to production processes and support functions.
• Develop the project deployment strategy: scope, planning, resources, costs, risks, and governance structure.
• Bring stakeholders together and align the cross‑functional team toward a common goal.
• Coordinate actions as part of your project management.
• Communicate your project's status to stakeholders and management.
• Explain and document your project's strategies and solutions.
• Make strategic recommendations to support the company's objectives.
• Work in a cross‑functional team (Engineering, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality).
• Understand your project's technical parameters and performance indicators (e.g., cycle time, response time, capacity, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, operations and logistics management, continuous improvement, or an equivalent field.
• At least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Comfortable in a production environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable presenting to senior management.
• Dynamic and a team player.
• Demonstrate leadership and enjoy taking on challenges.
• Demonstrate patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
• Flexible in the face of changing priorities and strategies within a project.
• Use MS Project to track your planning.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
