Soho Square Solutions is hiring a Controls & Documentation lead for a global bank's shared ecosystems function. Not PMO work, this is process improvement and documentation governance: standing up Confluence, migrating SharePoint content, reconciling access lists, and supporting JIRA project consolidation.
What you bring
- Strong hands‑on expertise in SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Office (Word, PPT, Visio)
- Track record formalizing procedures, RACI docs, and access provisioning
- JIRA experience for cross-system reconciliation
- Autonomy. You'll drive this, not wait for direction
