Quality Control Team Manager
Bombardier
Oversee quality control processes as a results-driven Quality Leader. Lead a team of 25 union employees while promoting a culture of teamwork and operational improvement. This role focuses on the planning and supervision of activities to enhance product quality. You will take on human resources responsibilities, coordinate quality support for production teams, and standardize processes for efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise quality control activities
- Manage human resources responsibilities for the team
- Analyze and report key performance indicators
- Promote continuous improvement through operational excellence
- Train employees and assess their development
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
