En tant que Chef de service, vous aurez la responsabilité de diriger et de gérer le système de gestion de la qualité du site. Vous serez chargé d’assurer la conformité aux BPF et de préparer les inspections en supervisant l'amélioration continue des processus qualité. Les compétences clés incluent la gestion des CAPA, le contrôle des changements, et la surveillance des indicateurs de performance. Responsabilités clés :
- Assurer la gouvernance des systèmes qualité selon les normes BPF
- Gérer le processus de contrôle des changements efficacement
- Superviser le programme de gestion documentaire et son intégrité
- Diriger l'APQR et assurer l'analyse des tendances
- Préparer le site pour les inspections réglementaires
- Baccalauréat ou master en domaine connexe
- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en assurance qualité
- 3 à 5 ans en gestion d'équipe
- Solides compétences en communication et leadership
- Bilinguisme en français et anglais
