Digital Canaries is a full-service film production facility located in Hamilton, ON. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the Circular Economy created by the Film & Television Industry with a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional products/services and driving meaningful change. We are a 95% sustainable company and have 30+ standing film sets such as our courtroom, airplanes, police bullpen, prison cells, and so much more!As a Creative Executive Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO of both companies, Simon Winterson, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dynamic spaces. - Responding directly to our CEO
- Being actively involved in business development, including taking notes at meetings
- Managing our CEO's schedule and keeping things on track
- Managing phone calls and communications as required
- Running errands (with a camera, sometimes )
- Driving and vehicle required
- Clean license
- Preparing coffee for the team, as required
- Filming (and editing) social media content
- Liaising with other heads of departments
- Demonstrating interest in social media, marketing, tech, and the film and TV industry
