Service Delivery Specialist TCS Montreal

Elevate service delivery management with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Montreal, PQ. This role emphasizes IT Cloud operations and stakeholder engagement through effective communication. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing operations and facilitating communication between onsite and offshore teams. You'll ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations, driving continuous improvements and overseeing stakeholder review meetings. Your expertise will be key in managing escalations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations in service delivery
- Facilitate collaboration between onsite and remote teams
- Conduct stakeholder reviews and present performance metrics
- Manage service escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Drive service performance improvements and compliance initiatives
- Bilingual in English and French
- Background in IT Cloud operations and governance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven management of complex service environments
- Familiarity with BFSI domain is advantageous
