Administrative Support to Executive Director Toronto

Join a dedicated team as an Executive Assistant in a Toronto non-profit aimed at aiding newcomers. Your organizational skills will help streamline processes while supporting leadership at the agency. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support for the Executive Director and Board of Directors. Successful candidates will manage communications, schedule meetings, and ensure proper documentation. Your contributions are vital to advancing agency initiatives and impactful special projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls and meeting schedules for the Executive Director
  • Liaise effectively with the Board President
  • Ensure accurate updates and maintenance of meeting records
  • Contribute to agency initiatives and support special projects
  • Organize and oversee agency events
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Office Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant office experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant languages is an added benefit
