Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls and meeting schedules for the Executive Director
- Liaise effectively with the Board President
- Ensure accurate updates and maintenance of meeting records
- Contribute to agency initiatives and support special projects
- Organize and oversee agency events
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Office Administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant office experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant languages is an added benefit
