Transform physician workflows at Petal as a Senior Product Manager. This role focuses on utilizing AI and data-driven insights to enhance healthcare experiences. As a key player on our Agile team, you will own the product vision for physician-facing tools, translating market insights and customer feedback into high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure milestones are met and product goals are aligned with market needs.
- Set success metrics to monitor performance effectively.
- Manage the product roadmap tied to both physician and business outcomes.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user insights.
- Lead engagement with physicians to uncover pain points and opportunities.

Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management, with SaaS or healthtech experience.
