Context
Dans le cadre d’un programme de modernisation stratégique, notre client repositionne ServiceNow comme une plateforme d’entreprise intégrée visant à connecter les processus, les données et les utilisateurs. Cette transformation vise à simplifier l’architecture, réduire la dette technique, accélérer l’innovation, notamment avec l’intelligence artificielle, et optimiser la valeur des investissements technologiques.
Responsabilités principales
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des architectures ServiceNow couvrant CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, HAM/SAM, Risk et Vendor Management
- Évaluer les systèmes existants et définir des stratégies d’amélioration et des feuilles de route
- Collaborer avec des intégrateurs pour corriger les implémentations complexes ou fortement personnalisées
- Assurer la gouvernance et la conformité des solutions (ARB)
- Supporter l’implantation de nouveaux modules ServiceNow
- Concevoir et intégrer des flux de travail numériques entre les différents domaines
- Contribuer aux pratiques de gestion des actifs TI et à l’évolution de la CMDB (incluant Discovery)
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes d’affaires, TI, sécurité et architecture
- Participer aux processus d’appels d’offres et de sélection technologiques
- Fournir un leadership technique aux équipes de livraison
- Contribuer à la prise de décision avec des recommandations structurées
Exigences technique
- Expertise ServiceNow
- CMDB avec Discovery
- ITOM et ITSM
- Gestion des actifs matériels et logiciels (HAM/SAM)
- Modèle CSD
- Expérience sur des implémentations ServiceNow de bout en bout
- Connaissance des intégrations : REST, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, SAM
- Expérience avec Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps et CI/CD
- Solide expérience en architecture de solutions et d’entreprise
Profil recherché
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en architecture, intégration ou transformation T
- Expérience en grande entreprise (secteur financier un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes
- Capacité à influencer et à vulgariser des concepts complexes
Atout
- Expérience en transformation ServiceNow complexe
- Connaissance des capacités d’intelligence artificielle dans ServiceNow
- Expérience en environnement réglementaire
