- Design metrics for tracking sales performance
- Actively engage at industry events to network and identify prospects
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA is a plus
- At least 3 years' experience in sales leadership
- Track record of building effective sales teams
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Flexibility to travel up to 30 percent
