- Define analytics and AI strategy priorities
- Build and scale advanced analytics platforms
- Lead data scientists and analysts for model excellence
- Foster stakeholder partnerships to ensure alignment
- Promote high-quality AI practices within the team
- Minimum 15 years in solution management
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics tools
- History of leading analytics teams successfully
- Exceptional talent management and communication skills
